As in previous years, Monte Tabor School welcomes our two native assistants: Savannah Donohoe from Ireland and Emma Murphy from the UK. They will stay in our school for the full school year.
They are young, dedicated educators, undergraduates and native English speakers.
Having English Language Assistants in our school is an ideal way to improve language learning for our students. They have already started working with teachers throughout school, from Infantil to Bachillerato.
Their roles are essential as:
they help students to improve their communicative skills,
increase their cultural awareness
boost their confidence
collaborate with teaching staff in creating teaching materials and planning lessons
prepare students for exams (speaking). Official and non-oficial exams.
